Design systems shipped
Design that elevates every customer touchpoint.
Graphic, packaging, print, and UI design built around a single brand system in seven days. Premium European craft, fixed scope, no junior designers learning on your project.
- 7 days Brief → final files
- 15+ yr Senior designer median
- 120+ Design systems shipped
Founders, operators, and product teams who needed senior craft — fast — across more than one design surface.
Why every design surface looks like a different brand.
- Packaging done by one freelancer, deck done by another, UI by a third — none of them coordinated.
- Junior designers running the work, senior partner only on the kickoff call and the invoice.
- Endless rounds, scope creep, six-week timelines for what should be a one-week ship.
- Pretty Figma frames that fall apart the moment they meet print, manufacturing, or production.
- A single design system feeding every surface — packaging, print, UI, social — coherently.
- Senior European designers from day one. The same person who pitched is the one who builds.
- Fixed seven-day sprint, single revision baked in, every deliverable scoped before we start.
- Production-ready files — print-ready PDF, packaging dielines, UI specs — ready for the vendor.
One sprint, every surface.
Pick the disciplines you need and we scope the sprint around them. Most clients combine three or four of these in a single seven-day engagement.
- 01
Graphic design
Brand applications, marketing collateral, ads, sales decks, and the design templates your team will keep using.
- 02
Packaging design
From single-product retail packaging to a full DTC unboxing system. Production-ready dielines, mockups, and supplier-ready files.
- 03
UI / UX design
Product surfaces — dashboards, onboarding, mobile flows. Built on a design system your engineers can consume in Figma tokens.
- 04
Print design
Editorial, brochures, lookbooks, business cards, signage, environmental graphics. Press-ready PDFs with bleeds and color profiles.
- 05
Pitch & sales decks
Investor decks, sales decks, and one-pagers — written, designed, and templatized so your team can extend without us.
- 06
Illustration & art direction
Custom illustration system, photography direction, prop styling, and the rules that keep every shoot on-brand.
Seven days, final files.
A 7-day operating cadence — no scope creep, no waiting on approvals, no surprises.
- Day 1
Brief & system audit
Working session on the surfaces in scope. Audit of the existing brand system, gap analysis, single brief signed before pen hits paper.

Brands that shipped with us.
We needed packaging, a sales deck, and a refreshed product UI all going to print in the same month. Northera shipped all three from a single design system in eight working days — every supplier received print-ready files and nothing came back for revisions.
Questions, answered.
-
Can one sprint really cover packaging, UI, and print?
If they share a brand system — yes. The seven days are constructed around a single design direction applied to every surface in parallel. The work that takes most agencies six weeks is two designers and one art director working in lockstep — that is the entire premise.
-
Do you produce the print or the packaging itself?
No — we deliver press-ready and supplier-ready files. We can recommend printers, packaging vendors, and prototyping partners we have shipped through, and we will brief them on your behalf if helpful.
-
Will the UI design hand off cleanly to engineers?
Yes. UI deliverables ship with a Figma component library, design tokens (color, type, spacing) exported as JSON, and a Storybook-ready spec sheet. Most engineering teams ship the first screen the same day they receive the file.
-
How is this different from a generic design retainer?
A retainer bills you for whoever happens to be on the bench that month. The sprint is fixed-scope, fixed-price, fixed-timeline, and run by senior European designers from day one. You buy a deliverable, not a Slack channel.
-
What if I only need one discipline — say, packaging?
We scope a smaller single-discipline sprint. Pricing scales down with scope, but the seven-day cadence and senior-designer cap stay the same.
-
Do you do AI-generated design?
Where it raises quality — moodboarding, photography concepts, illustration ideation — yes. As a substitute for craft on the final deliverable — no. The designers who present are the designers who build.
Premium design across every surface.
One sprint. One design system. Every customer touchpoint coherent by end of day seven.
- Senior European designers only — vetted creative network.
- Fixed price, fixed timeline, single revision included.
- Production-ready files for every supplier and engineer.
- Full IP transfer on delivery, no licensing tail.
